Pajama Jam Family Program 
Special Guest: Assemblyman David DiPietro
Come to the library and bring a stuffed animal friend. After storytime, tuck your animal in for the night at the library. Return the next afternoon to pick up your friend and see what they were up to during the night. Bring a piece of new or gently-used clothing to donate to the clothes closet at St. Michael's and receive a raffle ticket for a special prize!

A Family Program: Wildlife Defenders

The Wildlife Defenders Program will be sharing live native and exotic animals while encouraging environmental and wildlife conservation awareness. Presenters are members of Bridges for Brain Injury Inc., all of whom are adult survivors of brain injury.  Along with teaching about the animals, they share their personal injury and rehabilitation stories and discuss the importance of safety and prevention practices.

A Program for Adults: Laugh for the Health of it!

Nola Goodrich-Kresse, MS, MCHES, Public Health Educator with the Orleans County Health Department. Nola leads groups of people that are looking for ways to enjoy their lives more. Participants will learn practical ways of adding laughter and the proven health benefits of doing so. In addition, Nola will be sharing laughter exercises that can bring more enjoyment to fitness routines.

Mary Eckstein, RN, MS, Coordinator of the Cancer Services Program at Wyoming County Health Dept. will present a program on the importance of early-detection and tell you what cancers you should get screened for, along with how you can do so for free!
